No, we strictly do online telehealth in Texas and Georgia.
No, we do not accept any insurance, including Medicare/Medicaid. Since most insurance plans limit patient time and care due to their heavy restrictions, we operate solely on a cash-pay, fee-for-service model and accept most major credit cards.
While we don’t bill insurance directly, we can provide a “superbill” for potential reimbursement. However, reimbursements depend on your specific plan and deductible. We recommend checking with your insurance provider about possible reimbursement for services.
You can use your Health Savings Account (HAS) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
Please note that insurance may cover prescriptions and labs.

The Good Faith Estimate is an estimate of the cost of your care required to be provided for any patients without insurance. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.

It depends on the services you are requesting. Not all patients will need lab or blood testing. We will discuss this more at your initial consultation.
Typically, if done within the last 6 months, lab results from another clinic will suffice and eliminate the need for purchasing additional lab work. To verify if your current lab work meets the criteria, we suggest uploading a copy to your Patient Portal under ‘Documents’, or emailing it to XXXXXXXX.
